GENERAL LABORER

As a General Laborer for Advanced Asphalt Paving & Concrete, LLC you will be responsible for working with others to ensure every job is completed to the customers satisfaction and with the highest quality. Our general laborers consist of paver operators, screed operators, mill operators, shovel men, and rake men. Safety is our top priority, and we ensure that all our team members are trained and equipped with the necessary safety gear to perform their tasks effectively. JOB DESCRIPTION
As Foreman for Advanced Asphalt Paving & Concrete, LLC your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage crew members and equipment in order to safely and profitably complete the job to the customer’s satisfaction. You will coordinate daily tasks, supervise crew members, utilize your knowledge and expertise to provide guidance to troubleshoot any issues that arise to minimize disruptions. You must ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections. Accurate record keeping is essential for this position – documentation of work using daily time sheets and recording materials used. Your leadership will foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, driving excellence in every project undertaken.
